The following are the most common questions that our clients ask. If you have any specific questions that are not answered below please give us a call – we love to hear from our customers.

How much does engraving cost?
Standard engraving is included with all orders.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies according to method used. We ship UPS or FedEx ground. We also offer air shipments for those orders that need to be their overnight. Give us a call and we will offer the best way to ship your package to insure you receive your awards on time!

Do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee all products to be free from defects in workmanship. A word of caution.Once you sign off that the proof is correct – that is how your medal will be produced. We are not responsible for any errors once a proof has been approved. With that said we will do all we can to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied with their custom medal or coin order.

Can I get a proof of my custom medal before you ship them?
Yes, we send electronic proofs of the medal or coin design prior to production. You may make as many changes as you feel necessary to the design to render a custom coin or medal that will exceed your expectations.

Can I get samples?
Yes we have random samples of the custom medals and coins that we have produced. If you want an exact sample please give us a call and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping companies, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you have problems call us and we will make every effort to insure you receive your awards on time and in perfect condition.

How much is sales tax?
Only residences of Mississippi pay sales tax. All others do not pay sales tax. Mississippi residences add 7% sales tax.

How long have you been in business?
We started operation in 1982. So we have 30 years of award experience. We use our vast experience to make sure you receive award products that are second to none.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and of course you may prepay with a check or money order. For those wanting an open account please give us a call for specifics.

Do you ship to U.S. Military addresses overseas?
Of course! We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 14 – 30 days. For faster delivery we can ship Express Mail, which is similar to UPS Overnight shipping in cost. Give us a call or email and we will give you the full details on how long for you to receive your special order.

Do you drop ship?
We will ship your products any way you need them shipped. We are here to help.
